This Goal Setting Activity is designed just for moms who are juggling a lot and still want to make progress—personally, at home, or in their business. It helps you:

  • ✅ Get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper

  • ✅ Stay focused on one thing at a time

  • ✅ Feel proud of small wins (they add up!)

  • ✅ Stay motivated—even when life gets chaotic

  • ✅ Reflect on what’s working (and what’s not)

This is your personal pause-and-plan tool. Use it whenever you need a reset, a moment of clarity, or a push to take action.

✅ WHAT is this for?

This two-part tool helps you set a goal, break it into steps, and reflect on how it’s going — all without guilt, overwhelm, or perfection.

It helps you:

  • Get clear on what you want

  • Take small, meaningful action

  • Stay motivated by tracking progress weekly

  • Reflect on what’s working and what needs adjusting

  • Celebrate even the smallest wins (because they matter!)

🕒 WHEN should I use it?

Use the Goal Setting Activity when you're starting something new or need a reset (great for Sundays, new months, or fresh starts).

  • Use the Goal Tracker once a week (end of week or weekend) to reflect, realign, and reset for the next.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Even 10 minutes with these pages can create clarity + calm.

🛠️ HOW do I use it?

  • Asynchronous, online video training hosted on an LMS

  • Incorporates interviews, animations, slides, and real-world examples.

 HOW do I use it?

✏️ Part 1: Goal Setting Activity

  1. Dates – Fill in when you're starting + when you want to finish.

  2. Why It’s Relevant – Write why this goal matters for you (mental health, energy, peace of mind, etc.).

  3. My Goal – Be specific. Example: “Meal prep lunch 3x a week.”

  4. Action Steps – Break it down into tiny, doable steps. Example: “Buy containers,” “Pick recipes,” “Prep Sunday night.”

  5. Check Off Wins – Mark them off as you complete each one. That’s momentum!

  6. Feeling Check-In – Circle the emoji that matches your mood as you work through your goal.

Next Step – Write what’s next (adjust, keep going, or even rest).

Part 2: Goal Tracker

Use this once a week to review how you’re doing:

  1. How Successful Was I? – Circle how well you stuck to the plan (from 1 star to 5 stars). No guilt—just reflection.

  2. How Do I Feel? – Pick an emoji to reflect your emotional vibe around this week’s efforts.

  3. What Went Well? – Write any wins, no matter how small.

  4. What Challenges Did I Face? – Be honest. Life happens. This is your safe space.

  5. What Can I Improve Next Week? – Choose one thing to do differently moving forward.
